Yes, a learner can reschedule or unschedule a lesson. Please note that this must be done 24 hours before the start of the lesson. If a student does not cancel the lesson 24 hours in advance, the lesson will be due. Otherwise, the lesson is 100% refundable and can be rescheduled at any time by the student.
To reschedule a lesson:
- Sign in to the account. Go to "Lessons".
- The scheduled lesson will be listed under the "Lessons".
- Click on the "Reschedule Lesson" icon of the missed lesson.
- A pop-up box will open. Mention a comment for rescheduling the lesson for the student and click "Send".
